Twilight Photography

Do you have a property that you’d like to feature with a look that will stand out from the competition? We offer special twilight sessions where warm interior lighting creates a welcoming glow while the sky is ablaze with color or the rich, deep blue of the sky as the stars become visible.
Other Add-ons
Plat Map Overlay – $40
We’ll pull the plat info for the property and create a plat overlay for two aerial angles (usually the front and overhead views unless otherwise specified).
Area/Amenities Photography – $40
Showcase neighborhood amenities, a charming nearby downtown, or other notable areas with additional photography. If aerial photography has been added on, amenities photography can also include aerial photos. Please note that featured locations should be within 1 mile of each other to be included in a single add-on charge.

Cancellation Process
- Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to an $80 cancellation fee.
- If you need to reschedule a shoot due to weather, sickness, or or another reason, we’re happy to work with you to find an alternate date and time.
- If the photographer arrives at the appointment and the agent or homeowner is a no-show, the full fee will be charged. If more than 15 minutes late, an additional fee will be added.
Payment & Delivery
- For new clients, a 50% deposit is required to schedule your shoot and the remainder is payable at the time of the shoot.
- For established clients no deposit is required and shoots are invoiced during the photo/video delivery process.
- Photo delivery is guaranteed within 24-48 hours and video delivery is guaranteed within 48-72 hours.
- The delivery timeline for sessions completed after 5:00pm starts at 9:00am the following day. Likewise weekend editing is not included at the base rate.
- A rush service is available if expedited delivery is needed at a charge of 50% of the base rate (without add-ons).
